In June and November 2025, the city of London hosted the stage production “Songs of the Street: France Café Bakery,” written and directed by Mohammad Rahmanian and presented by Mehromah Cultural & Arts House.
This performance was the culmination of the Idea to Stage workshop held in London under the instruction of Mohammad Rahmanian.

The workshop created a dynamic environment for hands-on artistic exploration. Participants engaged with rhythm, strengthened physical and vocal abilities, studied acting techniques inspired by masters of theatre, from Stanislavski to Brook, and developed critical thinking through analytical discussions. After completing the training phase, Rahmanian selected his play “Songs of the Street: France Café Bakery” for the London participants to perform.

The first outcome of this collaborative effort was staged on 1 May 2025 at the Arts Depot Theatre in London, directed by Mohammad Rahmanian and produced by Hila Sedighi. Following its success, the production returned for a second run on 14 and 15 November 2025 at The Cockpit Theatre. “Songs of the Street: France Café Bakery” was warmly received in both performances, earning enthusiastic applause from audiences.

During the closing night on 15 November, Mohammad Rahmanian dedicated the performance to Shahrokh Kafashzadeh and Sheena Sedighi, two cast members who were unable to attend due to visa issues.
