Following the 1st Mehr Festival an extraordinary event held at Mehromah Arthouse in Dubai the top 50 photos selected by the photography juries will be showcased under the title “My City” at the Capital Art Gallery in London. This exhibition is set to leave a lasting impact, not only celebrating Iranian artistic talent but also introducing it to new international audiences

The exhibition “My City” at London’s Capital Art Gallery will present a vivid portrayal of Iranian cities and landscapes through the eyes of these talented photographers. The 1st Mehr Festival: A Celebration of Creativity Across Five Artistic Segments

The Mehr Festival, hosted at the Mehromah Arthouse and in Dubai, brought together some of the most promising and celebrated talents in five key creative categories: Regional and traditional music, poetry, short films, theater, and photography. This festival was not just a celebration culture but a platform for collaboration and artistic expression.

One of the most anticipated categories was the photography exhibition, where some of Iranian’s top photographers presented their work. The festival photography juries, composed of renowned industry figures, such as Seifollah Samadian, Maziar Khalighi, Amir Masoud Aghareb Parast, Farshad Asgari Kia, and Nader Davoudi, had the difficult task of selecting the top 50 photos from a total of 158.”. These selected works will now travel to London, where they will be displayed for an international audience under the exhibition title, “My City.”
